STRENGTH BUILDING WORKOUT

This little workout was inspired by a philosophy I learned from Elliott Hulse's model on muscle building. Tempo is a vital piece of building muscle in the gym, as keeping tension on the muscles for a period of time creates the hypertrophy response in the body conducive for muscle gain. This is just a small little sample of a workout I took one of my Battle Line classes through. Enjoy it. ;)
